If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ELKA product please let us know within 5 days of receiving your order.  Please contact us at info@elka.co.nz and follow the simple steps below:

1.         Re-package your products.

2.         Write your name and postal address on the back of the package.

3.         Please send your return to address provided in our email return confirmation.
